We offer 4 different ways to operate your Kegstogo Mobile Bar:
FREE BAR
A Free Bar is where your guests receive free drinks throughout your event.
- All drinks and service is supplied and you settle the bill in full before the event takes place.
- All drinks and service is supplied with unlimited drink consumption and paid at a price per head for 4 hours.
PAY BAR / CASH BAR
A Pay Bar / Cash Bar is where your guests would pay for their own drinks. We would supply everything to run this service including the bar, all disposable glassware, tailored drinks menu, fridges, and professional staff etc.
Please note there is a Set up fee if under 80 guests.
50 / 50 BAR
A 50 / 50 Bar is where you pay for a chosen amount of drinks and then your guests pay for all their own drinks there after. It is designed to give you tight control of your budget and also the level of alcohol consumed at the bar.
We would supply everything to run this service including the bar, all disposable glassware, tailored drinks menu, fridges and professional staff etc.
Please note there is a Set up fee if under 80 guests.
DRY BAR RENTAL PACKAGES
A Dry Bar Rental is where you would supply all of your own drinks and rent our bar equipment and one of our portable bars.
We also provide Cocktail Mixologists & Flair Bartenders for these packages at an extra cost.
BESPOKE WEDDING COCKTAIL & WINE DRINKS PACKAGES
WINE PACKAGE
- Simply select any draught wine from our menu, and we provide 1 Glass of wine upon arrival per person.
- Simply select any draught wine from our menu, and we provide 1 Glass of wine upon arrival per person & 1 Toasting glass of wine per person.
Please take into account that a 20L wine keykeg will supply 104 guests with 1 drink at 175 ml per glass. So please take into account how many wine keykegs you require for your event.
WINE DISPENSE EQUIPMENT SUPPLIED
This equipment is required when you wish to have draught products on your mobile bar. Advantages of using our systems – no gas required – just plug & pour! This can be a self service or we can provide bartenders.
COCKTAIL PACKAGES
- Simply select cocktails & mocktails from our menu and decide how many we serve. It is designed to give you tight control of your budget and also the level of alcohol consumed at the bar (priced on a per cocktail. Ice and disposable glassware are included)
- Simply select THREE cocktails & 1 mocktail from our menu, and provide unlimited cocktails for up to 4 hours (priced on a per head basis. Ice and disposable glassware are included)
- Simply select FIVE cocktails from our menu & 3 mocktails, and we provide unlimited cocktails for up to 4 hours (priced on a per head basis. Ice and disposable glassware are included)
- Simply select FIVE mocktails from our menu, and we provide unlimited mocktails for up to 4 hours (priced on a per head basis. Ice and disposable glassware are included)

We also provide Cocktail Mixologists & Flair Bartenders for cocktail packages at an extra cost.
These are pre-paid packages, and therefore do not require a license. In short, the definition of the term *Unlimited is defined under the terms of this agreement as an unrestricted number of cocktails limited by the 4 hour time frame for service and the propensity of the staff to prepare and serve the drinks.
The term *Unlimited is also subject to the correct number of guests being declared by the customer. Kegstogo bartenders reserve the right to check the number of guests at any event, and the customer understands that failure to provide correct and accurate figures will result in additional guest numbers being invoiced after the event, and a reduced level of service.
As with all our Cocktail Packages – ice, cocktail shakers & disposable glassware are included within the package price for no extra charge. Within this package, Kegstogo also carries a large number of beverages that are not required for your designated cocktails so that if one of your guests requires a ‘gin & tonic’ or a personal favourite – your Kegstogo bartenders will do their best to accommodate your guest’s every desire.
When placing your order, please list the cocktails/mocktails you would like us to prepare for you. If you are not sure, one of our cocktail mixologists can run through the options with you once your payment is confirmed.
The pricing for each drink varies, and we would be delighted to design a specific pricing package for you. We also have a wide range of mocktails and other non-alcoholic options which can be priced on request once you have placed your order. Additional special and bespoke cocktails can also be priced on request by our team.
To make sure that we provide the best possible service it is important that you choose the right number of bartenders to enable the fulfilment of this drinks package. On average you will need 1 bartender per 30 guests, but each situation is different, so please double check that you have enough with our Kegstogo team.
